OK, how does your SAVAGE electric truckmount install in a van, or a trailer?

It looks just like this, and the van in the image above, is an ASTRO van!

Left to right - fresh water live hose reel on back of door, BEAST recovery tank with a 30GPM APO, on the extreme left (the entire main vacuum system with APO is only 10" X 12" X 34" tall), and also 200' of 2" vac hose on a vacuum reel, a 50 gallon fresh water tank, 300' of 1/4 high pressure hose solution line on another live solution reel, and a Honda generator on top of the water cabinet.

No, you do NOT need a generator as the entire truckmount will operate from a single 15 amp circuit. In the early days, we used the Honda genny for testing, and running the equipment at jobs.

SAY WHAT? The entire electric truckmount runs on less than 15 amps of electric power? I'll believe that when I see it.

This is the side door view of the same ASTRO van. This shows the water cabinet front panel, the early proto-type large stationary pump module (turned out to be too big and cumbersome to move about), and our patented LP heater capable of 280º ATW (I know, that's insane, but it will NEVER lack for heat even when dual wanding)!  This side view is also "pre vacuum hose reel" era, so you see some 2" vac hose bundled up inside hanging on the van wall. The vac hose reel is much, much better!

Our heater is so well insulated that you can touch it's outside shell while cleaning, and it is barely warm!

QUESTION:

OK, how about the high pressure pump module?

How easy is this pump module, and our larger one, to pick up and move about?

VERY EASY, as both high pressure pump modules have a balanced top handle for easy pick up, and 4 large industrial shock-mount feet (as in vibration absorption for longer pump/motor life).

This is the 60—600 PSI High Pressure Pump module, with attached electric motor (draws 3.5 amps), capacitor start/run, along with our exclusive Dwyer driven chemical injection system.

This high pressure pump will supply all the pressure and flow you'll need to clean at high production rates. We have even cleaned tile/grout with this setup, and got superb results.

With 600 PSI and 250º, we made quick work of the dirty grout lines. The APO also keeps up with tile/grout extraction - full tilt.

OK, how about the other high pressure pump module?

Here is our 60—1200 PSI @3.2 GPM high pressure pump for ultimate pressure, tile/grout, and the ability to run dual wands by simply addding a second SAVAGE main vacuum system with APO. This high-pressure unit uses all 3/8" ID plumbing, for optimal flow and pressure.

It has all of the upgraded features of our 600 PSI high-pressure system.

This is NOT the Water Otter, nor is it the Waterhorse. It is totally our own design, using dual enhanced features to protect the pump seals for a much longer life!

It also comes with a self-priming system, and a very accurate and reliable Dwyer driven chemical injection system — one that will last for years

QUESTION:

OK, how about taking the BEAST inside for some cleaning?

Here you see the main vacuum tank with APO, APO garden hose, and high pressure pump, on our special 2 wheeled transport dolly. Notice how the pump is located on the lower rear side of the dolly, for better balance during transport.

With the SAVAGE Electric Truckmount, all component modules and accessories are loaded onto the dolly separately, so you don't have to lift a bohemouth protable all at once, with all of it's components mounted in a single housing, in, and out of your van, and then transport that portable inside.

Not only is the SAVAGE Modular Electric Truckmount very powerful, it goes just about anywhere - EASILY!

Add our inside dual 1750/1500 watt KleenRite HeatRite® Electric Heater (3250 watts), feed the pressure pump with hot tap water, and run the chemical injector, for some HOT carpet, tile/grout, or upholstery cleaning (the LP heater is just too heavy to take inside, but if you insist it can be done by mounting the heater on it's own 2 wheeled dolly with LP grill tank).

Finally, add the 50' of 2" vac hose, a 50' high pressure hose, the water feed hose, chem jug, and the inline vac filter and wand — A complete take in package, one trip, and much better balanced as opposed to using a portable.

Once you get inside, remove all the hoses and accesories, except the main vacuum tank module, and the high pressure pump module. Leave the tank and high pressure pump on the dolly in case you need to wheel it around inside, as both the vac tank and pump have 50' of hose.

Our modular truckmount setup is much more cooperative than a heavy, 4 caster portable, or the wheeled portables that have 2 larger back wheels, but don't really have the right balance. Not to mention our setup is so reliable, it requires almost no maintenance (no greasing, no oil changes, NO GASOLINE USAGE while running, etc.) !

So, what do you think?

Can you see why we chose the path we did (CHOICES) when we designed our electric truckmount? Use it from your van, take only the vacuum unit inside and run the high-pressure pump and heater from the van (800 feet if you want), or take it ALL inside for those high-rises, or very long reach jobs. Any way you choose your setup, it will perform, and you are always cleaning with the truckmount you are used to!

No need to have a truckmount, and a portable, to cover all the cleaning bases. The SAVAGE Electric Truckmount will do it all, except for that 175 machine for agitation on those NASTIES!

The LP heat of the SAVAGE Electric Truckmounts will take care of melting chewing gum and candle wax, with no additional chemical usage. Yes, that is true.

Compact, modular, surprisingly powerful, and as HOT as they get.
