The
TWIN-FLOW enters a new era in vacuum recovery performance using electric vacuum motors, with it's specially designed twin vacuum chambers in a tandem arrangement for outstanding water recovery — even at 200+ feet from your van.
Our new tandem vacuum motor arrangement setup in the SAVAGE TWIN-FLOW, gives you maximum CFM, and maximum LIFT, not found in conventional series or parallel electric vacuum motor arrangements. Let me say that again. The TWIN-FLOW gives you the LIFT of a series setup, and the CFM of the parallel setup, at the same time, at the cleaning wand, all in one vacuum system.
The TWIN-FLOW utilizes "4 to the Door" technology, which is running 2 separate 2" vacuum hoses out to 50' (or less for shorter jobs) from the main vacuum unit, into a 2" X 2" X 2.5" Y.
From there, you can either reduce down to 2" from 2.5", and run 2" vac hose for the next 100 feet (shorter run), or, if you're 200+ feet away (longer run), you run a 2.5" -50' section of vacuum hose first, and then reduce it down to 2" going to your 2" tubed, #8 flow wand. This tandem vacuum design, coupled with a 2" tubed wand, works so well that we do not use any inline vacuum booster anymore when we are cleaning, because it just isn't necessary to add any more vacuum to the TWIN-FLOW vacuum system in order to get great water recovery, and very fast dry times.
Our 2" clear PVC tube testing (The "TESTER" as we call it), has shown us what it takes to get great water recovery from carpet, and other surfaces. What we found out about vacuum behavior will surprise you, and, please you at the same time.

The TWIN-FLOW is a 2-cord machine, requiring only 2 separate -15 amp circuits, to operate the TWIN-FLOW vacuum system (with 60 GPM APO), the high-pressure pump system with DWYER chemical feed, the SAVAGE patented LP heater (capable of 280º - 220,000 BTU's).
The high-pressure system (your choice of either our 600 PSI or our 1200 PSI maximum PSI pumps) both use a Dwyer chemical injection setup, and the pumps themselves are self-priming, so they both will operate from a fresh water tank, or from a direct connection to a fresh water source (no mix tank needed).
Advantages and benefits you simply won't find with traditional gasoline powered truckmounts, or other electric truckmounts, or portables — and now at a price you can not afford to pass up. Did I mention that our SAVAGE truckmounts do NOT use any gasoline to operate?
